Casing Workshop
Processes motor housings, end covers and structural components to ensure dimensional consistency, assembly compatibility and stable mechanical strength for motor production.

Precision Manufacturing Workshop
Covers CNC turning, milling, grinding, drilling, tapping and dimensional inspection for shafts, end covers, bearing seats and key motor parts. Precision machining improves assembly accuracy, bearing life and long-term operational stability.
Wire Embedding Workshop
Focuses on stator winding, wire embedding, slot wedge installation, insulation treatment and electrical process control. Automated winding and VPI insulation help improve winding consistency, insulation strength and motor service life.
Type Lab
Performs no-load testing, load testing, temperature rise testing, vibration and noise inspection, insulation testing, efficiency verification and power factor testing to ensure reliable performance before delivery.
Assembly Workshop
Handles stator installation, rotor assembly, bearing fitting, end cover installation, fan assembly, terminal box wiring and final motor assembly. Fixture positioning and torque control help ensure stable air gap, coaxial alignment and product consistency.
Finished Product Preparation Warehouse
Finished motors are staged, checked and organized before shipment. The warehouse supports batch order preparation, inventory control and efficient delivery scheduling for OEM customers and distributors.
Packaging Workshop
Responsible for final product protection, labeling, carton packing and shipment preparation. Standardized packaging procedures help reduce transportation damage and improve loading efficiency for both domestic and export orders.
