Where is the Yaoda Motor factory located?
The factory is located at No. 270 Jiujiang Road, Chuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province, China — between Nanjing and Hefei and within reach of the Shanghai and Ningbo container ports used for export shipments. The site covers 30 mu (approximately 20,000 m²) and contains separate areas for casing machining, precision machining, stator winding and wire embedding, motor assembly, type testing, finished-goods storage and export packing.
Which motor series are produced in this factory?
Production covers the YE3 IE3 range from H80 to H355 (0.18–315 kW), YE3 aluminum-housing motors in H80–180, YE3 high-power motors in H355–450 frames, YE4 IE4 and YE5 IE5 high-efficiency motors in H80–355, YBX3 flameproof motors, YFBX3 dust explosion-proof motors, YFBX4 IE4 explosion-proof motors, YBVF2 explosion-proof variable-frequency motors, YVF2 and YVF3 variable-frequency motors, YEJ2 and YEJVF brake motors, YD2 pole-changing multi-speed motors and TYP permanent-magnet synchronous motors.
How are motors tested before delivery?
Every motor receives a routine test before packing. Project, OEM and sample units are additionally verified in the type laboratory, where test items include no-load and load testing, temperature rise, vibration and noise inspection, insulation testing, efficiency verification and power factor testing. Test reports are issued with project and distributor orders.
Can buyers visit or audit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Distributors, OEM customers and project buyers are welcome to visit the factory in Chuzhou. Visits are arranged through the contact page. If travel is not practical, we provide a live video walkthrough of the production areas, type laboratory, warehouse and packing lines, together with certificates and test documents for review.
Which certificates and approvals does the factory hold?
The company operates an ISO 9001 quality management system and holds CE conformity for its 0.75–315 kW three-phase motor range, CCC certification for flameproof models, Ex certificates for YBX3, YBX5 and YBE4 series motors, and energy-efficiency filings for the YE3, YE4 and YBX3 ranges. The company is also recognised as a National High-Tech Enterprise and an Anhui Province Specialized, Refined, Unique and New SME. Certificate copies are provided with quotations on request.
What OEM and customization options are available?
Voltage (380 / 400 / 415 / 440 / 660 V), frequency (50 or 60 Hz), mounting (B3 foot, B5 flange, B35), shaft and flange dimensions, terminal box position, paint colour, nameplate content and export packing can be produced to order. Drawings are confirmed before batch production, and OEM nameplates are supported for equipment manufacturers and distributors.
How is quality controlled during production?
Incoming materials, machined housings and shafts, wound stators, assembled motors and packed goods are each checked against drawings and process sheets. Stator windings pass through VPI impregnation and electrical testing before assembly, and finished motors are released with a test record. This staged inspection is what keeps dimensional accuracy, insulation strength and delivery consistency stable across repeat orders.
