The stator workshop uses automatic winding and inserting equipment to improve winding consistency and electrical performance. VPI vacuum pressure impregnation further improves insulation strength, heat dissipation, moisture resistance and service life.
Each finished motor is tested for no-load performance, load performance, temperature rise, vibration, noise, insulation, withstand voltage, efficiency and appearance before delivery.
